Annual Notice of Non-Discrimination

Annual Notice of Non-Discrimination
Effective December 22, 2014

The Cheatham County School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national
origin, sex, disability, or age in its program or activities and provides equal access to the Boy
Scouts and other designated youth groups. The Cheatham County School District offers classes in
many career and technical education program areas under its open admissions policy. Specifically,
Harpeth High School Career and Technical Program offers admissions based on selective criteria in
all CTE programs such as Health Science, Agriculture, etc. through scheduling course request
process that is nondiscriminatory. For more information about the process and particular course
offerings, contact the guidance department at (615) 952.2811. Lack of English language proficiency
will not be a barrier to admission and participation in career and technical education programs.
